Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping. Our Jewelry can be shipped to customers both domestically and internationally. We're committed to providing our Jewelry to Gold enthusiasts around the globe. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location. For specific shipping details and rates, please refer to our shipping policy or contact our customer support team for assistance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

This will all depend on whether you are domestic or international. All orders based in the UK are classed as domestic. We are unable to provide a specific time, however, we will keep you posted and provide all tracking information upon order completion. All orders will be sent by special delivery. Please note, once the goods leave RubyRich&Co and are in the hands of the courier, RubyRich&Co will not be responsible for any damage. All photos are taken and video evidence prior to delivery.

 What card payments do you accept?

We accept all types of payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Any other payment types, please kindly get in contact with customer support who will be able to assist.

Do you accept refunds?

We do accept refunds 14-days after subject to the item being in its original condition and no damage. Please note, if the item is returned and unwanted for any reason after the order, this will result in a 11% restocking charge to which will be payable as per our terms & conditions. If the item is damaged, we will not be liable and no refunds will be accepted. 

Do you only buy authentic items?

Whether you are buying or selling, everything we deal in is 100% authentic. Our authentication process is 100% confirmed. Imitation or counterfeit items will not be accepted and will be turned down, please do not bring any items that are not genuine, this is against the law.
